Patrick Wood

Founder

Patrick is a successful capital markets veteran and entrepreneur with a career spanning over 25 years in Canada and the United States. Pat’s career has included fixed income asset management, structured product creation, and advisory roles at Canadian-owned broker-dealer Midland Walwyn, Vice President roles at both BMO Nesbitt Burns and CIBC World Markets, and Managing Director role at Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon.

More recently Pat founded Tormont Group, a US and Canada-based Advisory and Merchant Bank. Since 2012 Tormont Group has provided capital and supported US and Canadian companies on IPOs, M&A, institutional investor development, and successful market penetration strategy.

Patrick is a past and current Board member of multiple North American public companies and has also served as CEO and President of public companies.

Joseph Sanchez

Founder

Joseph is a Florida-based creative leader with more than 20 years’ experience in brand strategy, web development, digital advertising, SEO analysis, social media direction, content production, and media buying.

Since 2015 he has led operations as Principal of Pixels & Picas Creative Consulting, delivering hands-on execution that aligns creative work with measurable business results. Previously he served as Creative Director and Director of Digital Strategy at multiple agencies and as Creative/Marketing Director for independent schools.

Known for mentoring teams and translating business objectives into distinctive, high-performing brands, Joseph’s notable clients include the University of Miami, Texas A&M University, Eastern Airlines, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Berkshire Hathaway/EWM Realty, Everglades Foundation, and Palmer Trinity School.
